Sandy) were on hand to offer a bit of advice...
West LA Rotaractor Valerie Wang  graced our meeting with her presence
     
 Buffy Caveness and Raphie Machado made
sure to get their words of wisdom heard!
 Ye olde rancher and past prez Bruce Jagger led the pledge of allegiance, but forgot his  Adams county wisdom.  Roger and Judith Wilson came back for a visit.  Gotta have your spouse at such a significant
 moment!  John Black gave his moral  and
 vocal support to Linda
     
 Did Ernie Garza bite into a jalapeno?  At least
 past presidents Kathy Haworth and
 Cy Pierce are enjoying the festivities...
 A trio of past presidents:  Rob Barber, Bob Thompson, Hal Hanslmair ...and a few words from "has been"
 immediate past president Bill Gardner
     
 Yes, for the moment, the Queen has a real live gavel!   Padre Joe Davidson gave the invocation  July's  a busy month for Rotarian birthdays, Joel Forman  included.
 Joel recognized a long list of birthdays and anniversaries.
 
     
 
 The assembled throng gets ready to sing patriotically...  Phil Tangalakis managed to get help from her
  highness in leading God Bless America with
 Steve Fry tickling the ivories
 
     
On hand to see Phil perform was wife Virginia  Linda gratefully accepted budget help
 from the West LA Rotaract Club
 from Valerie.  Always nice to have Rotary help.  Thanks Rotaractors!
 What's this dynamic duo cooking up?  Treasurer Clint Ehlers
 and Secretary Tim Messmer...pay your dues!
     
Except for Roger Wilson, this appears to be a coffee klatch
with Judith, Janet Chabola and Carmen Portnoy
 After speaking about the good work of the National
 Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), Sharon Dumas was
 happy to receive a check from Rotary to further its work.
