    BABIES ARE COMING!!

      December 2, 2009

Is it a tie tack? or a petrified bug?  No, Sherlock
the detective (Ron Foster) says it really looks
like it could be a shrunken gavel...
Pres Bill Gardner gets his grubby
hands on it and still wants to know
where his full sized gavel is!
Just look at the happy sparkle on Christina's face...
Expecting must agree with her.  Poppa Clint's (Ehlers)
     gaze  is more wistful.

Nice to have a visit from Steve Davidson's buddy
as CLU Eric Hatfield from Century City Rotary
     made make up with us
Happiness is another karate kid star---no karate for Debbie
for a bit tho.  Proud  parents-to-be again, Debbie and Keith Jones
     Past President Kathy Haworth announces
election results while voiceless Pres Roo
cracks a smile anticipating the end of his term...

Prez Bill was without his voice, but he thanked
Bank of the West's Christina Fields for her
efforts to encourage Rotarians to bring food
for those in need to make their holidays happy.
A lucky few finally got upgrades to their badges---Kathy Haworth as
a past President-- Bryon Mooney as a member--and Don Trepany
     as a past, past President.
The voice of politics is heard from in
the person of mayor Andy Weissman

Styles in facial hair?  Could be, with surfing buddies "father" Joe Davidson and Surf King board maker
     Craig Ferre'---Joe's a good customer
Yes, the big fundraiser of the year, the 10K, was a sellout and
Buffy Francuz was overjoyed to be able to present a check marking
its successful conclusion to Foundation president Allan Goldman.
The star of the show, he thinks, sans
voice, Pres Roo himself.  Note how
many pix he was in this week.

Past Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar Sunil Thankamushy
talented animator informed us about the current status of
video games and other uses of animation technology
Presents galore for the new family member to be
     for Keith and Debbie
    Almost big enough for Debbie
to  wear?   It'll take a bit for the
young'un to grow into this outfit!

Enough fun and happiness to go around for Christina and Clint  Don't have to worry about the new arrivals being cold
     with these great blankies...
I didn't know kids come with
     how to manuals...

Fun, fun, fun, unwrapping all the goodies  Clint's being very organized with the packages...
