| Boy, talk about moxie! Linda Black jumped outa a
hospital bed to the Marina City Club, just to be at her demotion party! Bandidos were in abundance at the western flavored doings and a good time was had by all, even as padre Joe called on a higher power and Linda was the brunt of a good roast. Sheriff Bill Gardner presided with a couple of past district governors to make sure things didn't get too raucous. Sad to say goodbye to our chief wisdom officer Paul Knoll who's heading north to Portland. Linda oohed and aahed over her past president's pin as a pendant, tho it was either gettin' older or the booze that had her struggling to get it on a chain! On to next year and the hula reign of Ann Murakami sworn in to fill Linda's oversized boots.... |
